Roles We Hire For
Regulatory Strategy
Lead U.S. regulatory planning and quality system execution across FDA pathways. Responsibilities span regulatory pathway determination, pre-submission planning, DHF and technical documentation oversight, QMS implementation, and inspection readiness.
Teams work alongside clinical and field staff to ensure design controls, labeling, and evidence reflect real-world use and FDA expectations.
Typical backgrounds include regulatory affairs professionals, quality leaders, and engineers with experience in 510(k), De Novo, PMA, QMS, ISO 13485, and FDA interactions.
Clinical & Evidence Development
Support clinical execution and evidence generation across early feasibility, pivotal trials, and real-world use. Responsibilities include protocol development, investigator engagement, endpoint strategy, and evidence translation.
Field-based clinical specialists support procedure days, site readiness, and ongoing investigator collaboration, working closely with regulatory and reimbursement teams to ensure evidence supports approval, coverage, and adoption.
Typical backgrounds include physicians, nurses, clinical engineers, research coordinators, and outcomes professionals with experience in device trials, interventional workflows, or post-market evidence generation.
Market Access & Reimbursement
Design and operationalize reimbursement strategies that work in real clinical environments. Responsibilities include coding, coverage, and payment strategy development, payer and policy analysis, and field-facing reimbursement support focused on benefit verification, billing workflows, and hospital education.
Teams ensure reimbursement strategy translates into executable processes at the site level.

Commercial Strategy & Implementation
Drive market entry and adoption through aligned go-to-market execution. Responsibilities include launch planning, KOL development, provider education, and sales enablement, with field-based commercial roles supporting early adoption, procedural workflow integration, and account execution.
